Delivery Times: Delivery times vary by destination. Please note that international orders may take longer due to customs processing and other factors beyond our control. Typical delivery times are as follows:
- Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days
- Expedited International Shipping: 5-10 business days

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

We currently only ship to NZ and AUS.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid any delivery issues. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
